Poke shops are popping up everywhere, and for good reason. They’re supremely fun to eat, full of healthy ingredients, and bursting with umami flavor. And it is super easy to make your own right at home.
Ingredients
- Sauce: 1TBSP extra virgin olive oil, 1TBSP apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste, Half TBSP honey, 1TBSP soy sauce, 1TBSP Dijon Mustard Sauce
- Fish (Sushi Grade, I use frozen Ahi Tuna Steak from Costco)
- Cucumber (cut in small chunk)
- Grape tomato (cut in half)
- Green leaf vegatables (I use spring mix salad)
- Avocado (cut in small chunk)
- Guacamole
- Furikake (Trade Joe’s)
- Boiled egg (cut in small chunk)
- Rice
Instructions
- Cut the fish in small chunk, mirate in the sauce, put in the refrigrator for half an hour
- In a large bowl, put the rice on the bottom, put the green leaf vegetables on top, put the fish in the center and the rest of ingredients on the side
