It is super easy to make fresh healthy Guacamole at home with clean ingredients. My favorite recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • half lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Kirkland Signature Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp diced red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a large bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until it’s nearly smooth, with just a few small chunks remaining.
  • Stir in the lime juice, salt, cilantro, red onion, and garlic.
  • Gently fold in the diced tomato.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed, adding more salt or lime juice to taste.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

It goes perfect with Trader Joe’s Mini Croissants.
