Smoothies are a quick way to get extra fruits, vegetables and fiber in your day if you’re smart about ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic triple berries blend (Costco)
- 1 cup organic spring mix salad (Costco)
- 1 cup organic grass fed whole milk
- 1/2 cup organic whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 medium ripe banana (optional)
- 1tbsp manuka honey (optional)
How to Make It
Place all ingredients in a blender (I used Vitamix), process until smooth.
