Smoothies are a quick way to get extra fruits, vegetables and fiber in your day if you’re smart about ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic triple berries blend (Costco)
  • 1 cup organic spring mix salad (Costco)
  • 1 cup organic grass fed whole milk
  • 1/2 cup organic whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana (optional)
  • 1tbsp manuka honey (optional)

How to Make It

Place all ingredients in a blender (I used Vitamix), process until smooth.
